Ramlah is very passionate in consultation and business management activities. She has dedicated most of her time managing and growing her business as well as developing her team members by providing them internal trainings and also personal coaching. She likes to visualize things from the “helicopter view” and to digest issues with the big picture. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through the organisation, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps other team members extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage.

Ramlah is also distinguished by her ability to identify, leverage and develop talent. Throughout her leadership, she has helped her team members recognize their unique capabilities and position themselves as the talented key players in the company, by addressing their career strategy, leadership development, professional positioning and visibility.

Currently, as COO at AnsarComp, Ramlah oversees the daily operational business activities, plans for its growth and sustainability and maintains its reliability in the eyes of its big clients. She leads her team members by actively involved in corporate training, business coaching and consultation in regulatory approval services, dealing with more than twenty regulatory agencies like SIRIM, Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga), MITI, Wild Life and JAKIM for Halal industries in Malaysia.

With her dedication, commitment and strong leadership skills, she has managed to grow her team leaders’ capability in dealing with high demands of daily jobs and enquiries for import permit, thus transforming AnsarComp for being among the most preferred consultant company for the regulatory approval services in Malaysia.

Started with only four employees, by offering type approval services for one regulatory approval agency (SIRIM) back in 2004, currently AnsarComp is leading towards the one-stop-service centre of choice in regulatory approval services under one roof for domestic and global market.

Working Experience:

Previously appointed as administrative personnel, Ramlah was in charge with day-to-day administrative jobs related with customer services in Customer Service Department in Maxis Communications Bhd, reported to the Branch Manager and also Head of the Department. During this time, she has received employee spot award for being among the dedicated employees in the organization. Within five years in the corporate world, she was exposed with ample knowledge and vast experience in handling customer services and daily administrative jobs.

Educational Background:

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Graduate School of Management, University Putra Malaysia (2004-2006). Prior to that she graduated with double degrees. Her first degree is in B.A IsIamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage (IRKHS) (1992-1995) and followed by second degree, B.A Human Sciences (Communications) (1995-1996), both were from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).

She is also certified as trainer under Train The Trainer (TTT) program from HRDF and Accredited Competency Professional (ACP) from Institute of Leadership and Management.

With her 20 years combined experiences in administration, consultation, management and customer services, she was featured in Dr Sakinah Salleh’s book – 10 Tokoh Idola Muslimah in 2013 (ISBN-13: 978-967-411-151-9).
