Earlier this week, something inspiring happened right in our boardroom. It was still early in the morning when a team of passionate Ansarians gathered for an intense discussion — a strategy meeting filled with energy, ambition, and a shared vision. At the helm of this dynamic session was our very own Executive Director, Puan Ramlah, who led the newly formed AI Agentic Team with her signature drive and determination.

What is the AI Agentic Team?
The AI Agentic Team is a newly formed task force made up of cross-departmental talents — thinkers, doers, and dreamers — brought together with a single mission: to explore and implement intelligent solutions that will enhance our operations and customer value.
From the very first meeting, it was clear that this wasn’t just another brainstorming session. The room buzzed with curiosity, collaboration, and the courage to try something new. Ideas flowed freely, questions were asked boldly, and a common theme emerged — how can we use AI to work smarter, not just harder?

What made this meeting even more special was the presence of Puan Ramlah, whose leadership set the tone for the entire discussion. Her ability to listen, guide, and energize the team turned a technical topic like AI into something approachable, exciting, and most importantly, actionable.
As one of the founding pillars of Ansarcomp, her belief in continuous improvement is deeply rooted in everything we do. Under her guidance, we’re not just exploring AI — we’re building a culture of innovation and growth.
