As AnsarComp stepped into the new year, we held the first ASK Talk session of 2026—a half-day engagement designed to set the tone for the year ahead. This session brought together employees, management, and leaders under one roof to align on organisational performance, learning journeys, and individual contributions toward our shared vision.
Held at the Abu Bakar Training Hall, the session was facilitated by Pn. Ramlah Binti Hamad and Pn. Zarina Binti Dzulkupli, and attended by members of the Board of Directors, Heads of Departments, and AnsarComp management.
Strengthening Team Cohesion Through Activity
Led by Boss Zaini, the first interactive segment focused on team cohesion and collaborative problem-solving. Through games, demonstrations, and group tasks using simple tools like A4 paper and pens, employees engaged in hands-on activities that emphasised communication, adaptability, and collective effort—key traits for high-performing teams in 2026.

Understanding Our Collective Performance
In the second session, Pn. Zarina Binti Dzulkupli presented a detailed overview of company-wide financial and operational performance. Using clear data visualisations, she walked participants through key metrics such as revenue, gross and net profit, overhead costs, and departmental contributions.
This transparent sharing helped employees connect their daily roles to the bigger picture, fostering a deeper sense of ownership and purpose.

ASK Academy – Your Pathway to Growth
Pn. Ramlah Binti Hamad subsequently delivered a comprehensive presentation on the ASK Academy, detailing its current progress, strategic objectives, and forward roadmap. She elucidated the pedagogical design of each module, emphasizing its structured approach to enhancing employee competencies, facilitating career advancement, and ensuring direct alignment with AnsarComp’s overarching strategic goals.
Through this exposition, participants acquired a clear understanding of the mechanisms through which the Academy serves as a pivotal resource for structured continuous learning. Furthermore, the session clarified the integral role of individual development plans in contributing to both personal professional growth and the achievement of organisational success.

Welcoming New Talent and Celebrating Excellence
The final segment, led by the HR team, included:
– A warm welcome to Alif Farhan, our new team member
– A reflective Tadarus Al-Quran session
– The Monthly Average Step Award ceremony for December 2025, recognising employees who excelled in their performance metrics
This segment reinforced AnsarComp’s culture of inclusion, recognition, and continuous appreciation.
Closing with Commitment and Clarity
As the session concluded, facilitators summarised key takeaways and reiterated the importance of alignment, accountability, and continuous learning in the year ahead. Employees left with a clearer understanding of company performance, their role within it, and the tools available for their growth through ASK Academy.
Moving Forward Together
ASK Talk January 2026 successfully set a foundation of clarity, cohesion, and commitment as we embark on a new year of challenges and opportunities. These sessions remain a cornerstone of our internal communication and alignment strategy, ensuring every AnsarComp member is equipped, engaged, and empowered to contribute to our shared success.
We look forward to continuing this journey of growth together.
