In May, AnsarComp continued its monthly Ask Talk session with a refreshing and meaningful agenda designed to bring the team together, encourage self-improvement, and strengthen workplace awareness.
The session began with a warm welcoming and breakfast, giving everyone a relaxed start before moving into the day’s activities. This was followed by the recitation of Qunut Nazilah and Asmaul Husna, creating a calm and reflective atmosphere for all staff.
To promote a healthier work culture, the team also participated in a morning fitness activity. This simple yet energising session reminded everyone that productivity starts not only from good planning, but also from taking care of our physical and mental well-being.
One of the key highlights of Ask Talk May was the staff satisfaction and AI workplace questionnaire. As technology continues to shape the way we work, this initiative gave team members the opportunity to share their thoughts on workplace satisfaction, current challenges, and how AI can support daily tasks more effectively.
The session continued with a sharing session by Pn Ramlah on AI Workplace, focusing on how artificial intelligence can become a helpful tool in improving efficiency, supporting decision-making, and encouraging a more adaptive work culture. The discussion opened up new perspectives on how the team can move forward together in a digital and fast-changing environment.
To keep the session engaging, a group activity was also conducted, encouraging teamwork, communication, and participation among staff. The day then continued with another session by Pn Ramlah, followed by an HRA session that provided useful updates and reminders for all employees.
The programme ended with the Ask Talk adjournment, closing another productive monthly gathering for the AnsarComp team.
Overall, Ask Talk May was more than just an internal meeting. It was a space for connection, reflection, learning, and preparation for the future of work. Through sessions like this, AnsarComp continues to build a workplace culture that values people, teamwork, wellness, and continuous improvement.
