As we approach the close of 2025, AnsarComp successfully conducted its ASK Talk December 2025, a structured internal knowledge-sharing session designed to strengthen performance alignment, accountability, and strategic clarity across the organisation.
This final ASK Talk of the year focused on KPI, IPC, and Personal Dashboard alignment, reinforcing how individual performance directly contributes to departmental objectives and long-term company goals.
Building a Shared Understanding of KPI & IPC
The session began with a focused discussion led by Puan Ramlah, centred on building a clear and practical understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Individual Performance Commitment (IPC). Employees were guided to see KPI and IPC not merely as targets, but as strategic tools that support organisational direction and sustainable growth.
This session emphasised how aligned performance metrics help ensure consistency, clarity of roles, and measurable outcomes across departments.
Strengthening Performance Alignment & Accountability
The second session, facilitated by Puan Zarina, expanded the discussion by translating KPI and IPC concepts into actionable practices. Employees explored how structured performance indicators support transparency, accountability, and ownership at both individual and team levels.
Through guided explanations and real-world context, participants gained clarity on how personal performance dashboards play a critical role in tracking progress and supporting continuous improvement.
Department-Level Collaboration Through Guided Discussion
Following this, departments participated in group discussions led by their respective Heads of Department (HOD). These discussions focused on collaboratively defining departmental IPC and KPI in alignment with overall company objectives.
This collaborative approach ensured that each department had clear ownership of its performance indicators, while maintaining alignment with AnsarComp’s strategic direction.
Personal Dashboard Review & Refinement
The final learning segment focused on updating and refining individual performance dashboards. Employees reviewed their personal IPCs to ensure alignment with departmental KPIs and company goals, reinforcing accountability and clarity in performance tracking.
This session highlighted the importance of continuous review and ownership of individual targets as part of a performance-driven culture.
HR Communication & Recognition
The session concluded with an HR Communication segment, welcoming new team members Akmal and Mifzal, and recognising staff achievements through the Monthly Average Step Award for November 2025. This segment reflected AnsarComp’s commitment to people development, engagement, and appreciation.
